Childcare Schedule:

Friday, September 29: 6:00pm - 8:30pm

Saturday, September 30: 9:00am - 11:30am

Saturday, September 30: 12:30pm - 5:00pm

Please note the information below:

All children must be pre-registered and between the ages of newborn – 5 years.
A release form will be required on every child.
We do not provide childcare for children with special needs.
We do not prepare bottles. All bottles must be mixed and warmed when dropping the child off. We do not feed babies baby food.
Snacks will be provided, alert childcare workers of any allergies.
Children will not be allowed to bring food of any kind in to the classroom.
Baby carriers and strollers are not allowed to be left in the classroom or the hallways.
Children will wash their hands or use hand sanitizer when entering the classroom.
Should an emergency arise, the parent will be contacted to come to the child’s classroom.
All children ages 3 or older must be potty trained. If a child 3 years of age or older has an “accident” the parent must come to change him/her.
We are unable to care for sick children or administer medication.
No toys or electronics. We are not responsible for any stolen or damaged property.
Children must be picked up immediately following service dismissal; there will be no childcare for the after party.
For the safety of our children only childcare workers will be allowed in the classroom. No parents or siblings will be allowed to enter the room for any reason.
We retain the right to terminate childcare due to excessive classroom disruption, behavior problems, failure to comply with the above policies, etc.
