Battle Ready

2 Corinthians 10:3-5 NKJV
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,
Devotion
It is critical for us to realize there is spiritual warfare happening in our world. It is important for us to recognize the battles taking place in our lives, within our families, and in our nation.
Once we gain a proper perspective on what is truly taking place, it’s then that we can fight the battles as they were meant to be fought. We must put on the full armor of God and take a stand, using the weapons God has equipped us with. We have a mighty, delivering God who is beside us in the battles and we can stand in His righteousness and take authority, through prayer, over our enemy.
When you take a stand and use the weapons of spiritual warfare, the real battle you’re in can be won by the power of Jesus’ name.
Today's Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for providing a way out for me. You have given me great victory through your weapons that are mighty and powerful. I am more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus. Help me Lord to take a stand and not bow in defeat, help me to remember that I am well equipped to overcome. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
Apply It Today
It’s time to battle the right way. Instead of looking at situations from a fleshly perspective, it’s time for you to put on the full armor of God and fight the spiritual warfare through prayers of intercession.
